The purpose of a maze is to find its center. The purpose of a labyrinth is to find your center.

For 3000 years, many cultures and religions have used the labyrinth as a portal, for prayer and contemplation. In our retreat, we will explore this concept in many forms, to find our true heart’s path.

Using the winding streets of the Albaicín, we will have solo, and group activities designed to get participants to engage with their surroundings. Through seeking and noticing, they will effortlessly come into harmony with all that is around them. We will work through simple songs, craft and artistic exercises to explore our way through problems until the process is as effortless as remembering a melody, or the way back home from your favorite cafe.

If it all sounds a bit cryptic- that is part of the fun.

By the end of the week you will have an understanding of the city, and yourself. If your desire is to navigate a change, you will feel energized and clear headed. And perhaps best of all, you will have forged new friendships with women in similar situations.
